Job Description

To independently prepare cost estimation for all Electrical LT Panels.
To prepare the Basic engineering package (SLD diagram, basic layout of the proposed plant)
To prepare the APFC Panel costing various voltages.
To prepare the RTAPFC Panel costing various voltages.(Thyristor based panels)
To prepare the costing of all MCC, IMCC, SOFSTARTER BASED Panels & ALL VFD Panels.
To prepare the costing of all PDB,MLDB, STREET LIGHT Panels.
To prepare the PCC Panel costing various KVA ratting of xmer.
To prepare the busbar calcultion & costing for all switchgear ratting.
To prepare the costing as per type to chart slection all switchger makes
To prepare the costing for busduct Panels both AL.& COPPER Material.
To prepare the costing for busduct flanges.
Need knowladge all switchgear slection as per customer requirment.
Need knowladge LT PANELS drawing reading.
Comfortable to Travel.
Submission preparation of technically correct offer in international market to end customer/EPC contractors.
Understanding Customer Requirement
Preparation of techno-economical viable offer
Cost Estimation - To prepare enquires for various brought out components get the quotes from the vendors.
To communicate the scope of work to various internal departments for the work related to their scope take the cost estimation from them.
Work out the detailed Bill of material do the estimation of best possible lowst cost with cost estimation inputs from internal departments / vendors.
Supplier quotation negotiations with vendors.
Release of these documents to projects/ engineering department on time.
Prepare list of deliverables and proposal schedule.
Track proposal delivery schedule for the deliverables to meet the submission deadline.
Prepare Technical Queries (TQs).
Respond to Technical Queries raised by customer/ vendor.
Participate in Technical Kick of Meeting with sales and Operation.
Use various proposal tools to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial estimates.
Prepare commercial summary for the offering in customer format.
Co-ordinate with Procurement teams.
