Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Brand Lead in planning, creative development, and execution of impactful marketing campaigns
- Liaise with external agencies & internal teams to develop high quality brand assets for building consumer affinity
- Develop a strong understanding of the TG and generate insights by leveraging data and consumer / market research to design value propositions
- Develop 360 advertising strategies and omnichannel marketing campaigns that resonate with our consumers, and utilize effective tactics to generate new leads
- Drive and maintain a cohesive social media strategy by providing guidelines for storytelling, developing dynamic content and reaching bigger audiences on various platforms
- Engage with agency and internal team to develop POS copy / collaterals for all product launches - includes concept, headline and product copy
- Assist in executing product launches and promotions
- Create, measure, and report the performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- MBA degree with specialisation in marketing from a Top B-school
- 1-3 years of experience in the brand marketing function
- Strong academic
