Vendor & Contract Management:
Source, negotiate, and manage third-party contractors for cleaning, security, landscaping, and specialized services.
Health, Safety & Security:
Implement protocols, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage security systems for residents.
Budgeting & Finance:
Develop and manage facility budgets, track costs, and handle invoices for services and supplies.
Tenant Relations:
Address resident concerns, manage communication, and ensure a positive living environment.
Operations Management:
Supervise on-site staff, manage work orders, coordinate refurbishments, and plan for future infrastructure needs.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Experience in property/facilities management.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.
Understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) protocols.
