Looking for potential candidates to work as a Sampling Promoter in the following Location in Pune Maharashtra:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain Grooming standards as per company policy \xe2\x80\x93 Possesses a high standard of personal image in compliance with corporate guidelines for grooming and the dress code of Brand. Bring the brand personality to life in-store.
Adherence to the call cycle
Maintain Shelf Health & hygiene standards \xe2\x80\x93 Maintaining primary bay such as planogram implementation, adherence to POSM implementation guidelines, and housekeeping standards according to company.
Handle prepared food items for sampling in an appropriate manner.
Contribute to food safety in retail environment \xe2\x80\x93 Knows and applies FEFO principle \xe2\x80\x93 Remove expired and damaged products from shelf
Replenish shelf, if empty \xe2\x80\x93 Processes stock efficiently, keeping the shop fully stocked & properly presented to visual standards.
Aware of GM food categories, product knowledge, product identification and specification
Achievement of total off-take targets
Enter data in HHT as per requirements
Ensures an excellent level of customer interaction is maintained
