Overview: The India business has reached the a significant milestone and now the need is to leap forward for a 3X goal. The incumbent will be instrumental in facilitate crafting the vision to chart out the plan across organic and inorganic channels. The incumbent will be responsible for directing strategic planning efforts, leading cross-functional strategic projects impacting P&L, developing new and actionable insights into industry/competitive dynamics, and preparing reports, presentations and other project deliverable\'s. Primary responsibilities will include:
Analyse new market opportunities, competitive landscape, etc to ensure strategy implementation remains relevant to drive the growth strategy
Pivoting the strategic goal of the organization by building robust operational plan
Anticipate and manage complex interdependencies between functions, workstreams, and proactively identify and resolve conflicts by prioritizing actions, to ensure flawless overall implementation of the strategy
Develop strategic presentations on business performance, market opportunities, any other specific ask
Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions
Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities
Frame and facilitate SteerCo meetings and decisions on priorities
Map out the strategic and operational roadmap for 3-5 yr horizon.
Partner with the different functions within India and AMESA to execute the business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Scope each of the cross-functional initiatives and finalize project charters
Execute the \xe2\x80\x9croadmap journey\xe2\x80\x9d with precision in addition to acting as a responsive partner, solving \xe2\x80\x9creal time\xe2\x80\x9d issues or opportunities as they arise.
Provide visibility and tracking for all discrete workstreams across all functions
Work with cross-functional team, flag variances in design and execution, drive course corrections
Integrate execution KPIs into real-time dashboards to ensure progress toward delivering the growth strategy
Stakeholder management across all India functional leads (Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Supply Chain, etc.) and their respective project teams
Support in managing resourcing, consultants and program budget.
Support PM related training activities for extended cross-functional project teams
Interfaces for program and funding support
Qualifications:
Project management and/or other similar related competencies
Strong analytical capability to view problems from multiple vantage points
Ability to view situations objectively and articulate logic behind recommendations in a direct manner
