• For RVNL project:
• Multiple internal and external stake holder management for material logistics coordination for RVNL project.
• Tracking of supplier orders, material deliveries, import related coordination, taxes & duties, warehouse and transportation coordination, site material management and till the delivery of the material for site installation.
• Customer billing and collection coordination for entire project cycle.
• Revenue tracking for the project and reporting to PM and CPM on periodic basis.
• Single point of contact for customer for all site commercial matters.
• For regional projects:
• Outlining the scope of interdepartmental co-ordinations for all Strategic projects
• SPOC for Factory coordination, Exports items, Dispatch planning, Domestic & International logistics, Equipment Code creation, MIS reporting
• Follow up for Invoicing, timely Collection, Warehouse Management, Stock clearances
• Providing comprehensive project data to teams to help them work more effectively
• Documenting and maintaining records on project scheduling processes
• Coordination for and adherence to Statutory Compliances, Site Compliances, EHS Compliances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with experience of 8-10 years in project business
• Past Proven records working in IBMS and / or relevant Industry
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module, Commercial Transactions, basic taxation
• Experience of handling International logistics
