Identify and develop business opportunities in project/ institutional sales.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, installation, and project execution.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate mandatory.
2-6 years of experience in project/ B2B/ institutional sales (preferably in building materials, electricals, lighting, or related industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
