Project Sales Incharge/ Trainee Lead Management & Calling Managing the database on the CRM tool accurately & updating it with each customer contact, including phone call, visit, SMS/ WhatsApp or email conversation Preparing a script, practicing it with role plays, and perfecting the Sales pitch Calling the leads immediately when they are assigned, with the intent to get customers to the Project Involve in direct sales activity Corporates or otherwise Visit Management Attending customers visiting the project with utmost attention and hosting them Understand the customer requirement both, stated and implied needs Use effective questioning to probe customer buying behavior and assess decision patterns Presenting the project and pitching, with the intention to close the sale Using the tools provided, to pitch well, pitch accurately and pitch effectively Relationship Building Develop and nurture harmonious relationship with existing/new customers through proactive calls, personal meetings, WhatsApp chats Identify, build, and cultivate a strong network of customers and ask for referrals Keep in touch with customers through WhatsApp posters/ status messages, Emails and Social media Follow-up with customers diligently to produce more negotiations Reporting Report the sales activity accurately Identify trends and customer needs & input to Marketing team to develop strategies Report sales pipeline accurately Keep Sales funnel data ready at all times Learning & Development Learn through internal and external resources Sales skills, Negotiation skills, Effective Communication, Relationship building skills, Questioning & Listening Focus on continuous personality development, and seek support where required Competency Required Attribute Skills Presentation & Persuasion skills Relationship building skills Selling skills Negotiation skills Hyper-listening skills Outstanding communication skills Meeting Etiquette & Telephone Etiquette Knowledge MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Internet research Stages involved in Sales Self-Image Confident Go-getter Sales expert Traits High energy Never say die Willingness to learn Presentable Motives Team First Win-win Hungry for personal growth Value Alignment Probity Passion Perseverance Other Important Notes Qualification : Any graduate. MBA\'s would be preferred Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate Sector Emoluments : Competitive Salary, benchmarked as per the market, plus attractive Bonus/ Incentives Joining : Someone who can join soon, will be preferred Transport : Must have own transport Work Week: 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. A non-holiday can be chosen to be the day off.
