Job Title: Project Sales Executive / Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years in project/industrial/B2B sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new project-based business opportunities in the structural steel sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project developers.
Manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation, technical discussions, quotations, and negotiations to final closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and generate regular sales reports.
Ensure adherence to pricing strategies, commercial terms, and company policies.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Must have prior experience in the structural steel manufacturing industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Strong network in the Eastern India region and understanding of large-scale project dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel for client/project meetings.
