Identify and develop business opportunities with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
Manage tendering, bidding, and contract processes as per government norms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and consultants.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, proposals, and compliance requirements.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely execution of awarded projects.
Track upcoming government projects and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of sales/business development experience in government or institutional projects.
Good knowledge of government tendering/e-procurement systems.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
