JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible Monthly Project Reporting - support to MEA KOB1 Entity & Destination order by working with MEA Finance and Business Operations Primary responsibility in ensuring that the monthly project reports eg: Project Summary Reports, Project Bookings Forecasts, Industry Analysis, Custodian of Middle East & Africa Capex Funnel for MEA projects are compiled and properly maintained to meet internal reporting and dashboard requirements Provide project analysis support to MEA Leadership Team. for monthly Project Pursuit/Sales reports, meeting internal project forecasting & communication. Maintain & Sanitize Oracle CRM For MEA Project Pursuit and run Power BI Reports on MEA Project Proactively coordinate with Global Project reporting teams and planner to follow the Project Funnel development process & custodian of MEA Project Pursuit Dashboard & Funnel Responsible for generating monthly business system reports. Access numerous Media Reports & Publications and generate forecast & Database for all projects in the region & categorize by industries Suggest improvements of procedures when required Analyze project transactions, makes recommendations for corrective actions, and ensures improvements or developments are completed Participates in earned value analysis activities Extracts data from business systems to generate monthly reports and contributes to monthly project review meetings. Support the Finance team for the POR (President Operating Report) Process Cross functional interaction with internal Sales, MEA Project Pursuit, Business Unit Pursuit Teams , BU BDM\'s & Sales Director. Finance, Projects & Engineering, Business Operations and Service personnel. Preferable knowledge of Oracle CRM, HFM
