We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Global end to end resourcing operations - actively collaborate with various recruiting agencies - actively collaborate with the delivery leadership team to create job descriptions - end to end resourcing operations - opening of RR's, coordinating with recruiters, resumes screening, resourcing status reporting etc - end to end coordination of client interviews and management reporting - Tracking resource fulfilment and management reporting - Resource onboarding / offboarding - Training Compliance, Customer Ethics Compliance

Customer FieldGlass operations - FG - Job Posting , Worker, Timesheet tracking/ recon - FG - Candidate data upload - FG - Resource Management/updates etc - FG - SNOW Code/ WBS allocation tracking

Customer Deliverables - SLA Consolidation / Reporting, discuss and document the major variation if any - CSAT consolidation / Reporting/ Tracking finding to closure - Maintenance of Contact Roster

Timesheet - Resolving timesheet recon issues (in FG & SAP) - WBS allocation / tracking
