Roles and Responsibilities Job Objective The objective of this role is to ensure overall planning, scheduling & MIS activities for all project sites in close coordination with site team and contractors & vendors also. Will also be responsible for monitoring of project baselines, reporting variations, and proposing mitigation plans.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for overall planning and scheduling and MIS activities of all sites.
• Required to oversee construction schedule in coordination with site team &contractors.
• Identify bottlenecks and critical activities and initiate steps for achieving the planned targets of the project.
• Organize various progress reviews at site level & prepare the action plan for achieving the targets as per schedule.

Operational Responsibilities

• The candidate is expected to evaluate project progress in line with the contract schedule and budget.
• Carry out resource requirement planning for desired output of the work & arrange discussion with various stakeholders to mobilize the desired resources.
• Carrying out Work front analysis and communicating with the stakeholders for the same.
• Monitoring of project baselines, reporting variations, proposing mitigation plans.
• Preparation of project schedule, budget, cost reports, performance reports, resource requirements, cash flows, etc.

People Management

• Coordinating with Operations, Techno-Commercial and ALL Finance on day-to-day basis for reconciliation of Rail operations and commercial figures.
• Coordinating with Finance, ALL to reconcile the financial performance and arrive at a comprehensive and correct display for Management review purpose.
