Consultant/ AM - Business Continuity/ DisasterRecovery

We are hiring for BCM role with a leading Consulting organisation at Mumbai

Exp : 2-6 yrs

Business Continuity Management:

- BCM / IT Disaster Recovery Manager engages in all facets and activities of the BCP / DR Program and expected to:

- Implement policies and procedures for BCP/ Disaster recovery planning for on-prem and cloud solutions.

- Manage recovery plan development and maintenance activities to ensure plans are current and compliant

- Manage the test lifecycle supporting and facilitating testing with infrastructure and applications teams.

- Should have developed policies and procedures for Business Continuity / DR requirements for clients on public / private cloud-based set up and practice;Should have developed incident response plans for specific scenarios;

- Capable of providing training to senior management or team members of the client on business continuity / response plans / crisis management plans;

- Should be aware of ISO 22301 framework and compliance requirements;

- Used relevant BCM tools and techniques as part of business continuity development, management and roll out

- Provides project leadership, when needed, for the purpose of planning, directing, controlling, developing and maintaining the Disaster Recovery program.

- Knowledge of Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices

- Knowledge of performing Risk assessments for BCP/Disaster Recovery to come up with robust plan of action
