Manage customer programs internally for our USA client.
Must do all follow-up related to the project at hand.
Give daily updates to all team members.
This position is internal to the client company and not customer facing.
Heavenly involved in internal email communication and voice communication.
Must be able to interact confidentially, be assertive, but not aggressive.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, QA).
PMP qualification is preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality Engineering/Management, with at least 3+ years in a?project/program management role?directly managing supplier quality for complex projects.
Excellent spoken and written English?is essential for effective communication with US-based clients and global teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with?USA timings.
