Job Description
Should have functioned in the capacity of managing a medium scale construction projects.
Good Knowledge in civil, structure and interior finishing work and preferably experience on interior.
Good leadership, communication skills written and verbal.
Experience in residential, commercial, township projects.
Must have knowledge in preparing estimation, billing, quantity take offs from drawings, analysis of rates in BOQ, checking quantities, and inspecting work at site.
Responsible for the study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
