Total work Experience- 10+ Year (Alu-Form experience is required) Key skill \xe2\x80\x93 G+20 Project/Site Management Work Location- AUNDH-RAVET BRT Road, Tathwade, Pune Responsibilities

• Lead and build our real estate development execution team
• Directing, evaluation of project and presenting cost/benefits analysis at project decision points for construction of residential/commercial complex, utility & infrastructure.
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with company directors/ clients as well as making project schedule including material & manpower planning.
• Leading on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the throughput.
• Maintaining sustained coordination among all consultants and contractors (including labour contractors, MEP and Finishing Contractors).
• Leading, monitoring and finalization of requirements, Purchase Material, estimates &

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Implementation of all statuary compliances related to Health, Safety, Environment as defined by regulatory authorities under all applicable labour laws etc., and at the same time ensure safe and healthy environment for all project personnel.
• Experienced in overall responsible for Execution Responsible for Planning, Execution,

Manpower Management, Budget Management, Vendor Management and risk management.

• In-Charge for managing the project to ensure time lines, construction sequence, and quality of construction and overall profitability of the project.
• Daily planning, tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities with site team, consultants, client, subcontractors and Head Office.
• Good at Execution and finalization
• Lead the Projects organization with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost, quality and schedule dimensions for project delivery.
• Ensure robust planning, direction, and coordination of activities from concept design to final handover of the project ensuring the project works are within the budgeted time & cost and as per quality standards.
• Present and finalize a project plan.
