Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Project Manager

with a background in

Electrical Engineering

, specialized knowledge in

blowers and vacuum systems

, and hands-on experience in

greenfield industrial projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on technical quality, safety, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of

greenfield industrial projects

from conceptual design through to commissioning and handover. Manage complete project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, resource planning, and risk management. Oversee the installation and integration of

blowers, vacuum systems

, and associated electrical infrastructure into the project design. Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with business goals. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project. Monitor and report on project progress, including key milestones, cost control, and resource utilization. Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and cost objectives. Drive process improvements, documentation, and post-project reviews to capture learnings and enhance future performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

(mandatory); postgraduate certification in project management is a plus. Minimum

8 years of experience

in project management within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment. Proven track record in

greenfield project execution

, including plant setup, utilities integration, and systems commissioning. Hands-on expertise with

industrial blower and vacuum systems

, including design, installation, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of electrical systems design, power distribution, automation, and control panels. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), ERP systems, and CAD/engineering software.

Preferred Skills:

PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in high-tech or precision manufacturing environments (e.g., electronics, pharmaceuticals, automotive). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital project documentation platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
