Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.

Main responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Design the operational excellence implementation plan for the organization with Leadership team inputs

Drive operational excellence projects using re-engineering, lean/six sigma, best practices framework, benchmarking, analytics technique

Identify the root cause of issues and design resolution

Conduct employee surveys on a periodic basis to comprehend the operational excellence requirements

Keep abreast of operational excellence techniques and facilitate constant skill up-gradation of organization employees

Replicate successful project work/ disseminate best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for operational excellence

Provide inputs to Human Resources team for the development and retention of organization talent

Transitions:

Prepare transitions program plan to move identified processes and employees to the Hub

Manage the transition plan as processes/employees move to the Hub and provide periodic reports

Ensure that service migration is in line with operating procedures and best practices.

Ensure service transition is planned and executed to schedule, budget and scope change management, learning & communication deliverables

Coordinate the business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, capability deployment (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the \xe2\x80\x99business as usual\xe2\x80\x99 environment

Monitor the effectiveness of service implementations and on-going GBU to continually iterate/streamline our processes and improve our capabilities.

Assess, deep dive, develop, document, and implement changes based on requests for change

Identifying opportunities of improvement in operations and quality deliverables

People:

Maintain effectiveness relationships with the end stakeholders (across GBUs) with a desired result to develop education and communication content as per requirement

Liaise with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress

Work with project manager to establish end-to-end project plan and approach

Performance:

Ensure proper governance and execution model for all sorts of improvement plans (Six Sigma, Automation, Fast Track Projects) Demonstrating the impact to internal and external customers as an output of improvement plans

Ensure improvement programs are identified and executed as per plan

About you
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience transformation experience, standardization of processes
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to train team members and senior leaders in lean practices and initiatives
  • Technical skills: Experience in facilitating process improvement events (Kaizen, Workshops, Value Stream Mapping Analysis, etc.). Certified Lean Advanced and/or Black Belt is highly preferred
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or equivalent degree of education and experience is preferred
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge in English and strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and spoken
