Job Description

Planning & Budgeting:

Develop project plans, timelines, cost estimates, and budgets.

Coordination:

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage vendors and suppliers.

Resource Management:

Allocate labor, materials, and equipment.

Execution & Monitoring:

Oversee daily operations, track progress, manage work assignments, and ensure quality control.

Risk & Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and ensure adherence to building codes and legal requirements.

Reporting:

Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Handle change orders, resolve on-site issues, and manage project scope changes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
