Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned SAP FICO professionals with hands-on experience as Project Managers. The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.
You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Experience in Project & Programme Management across full project lifecycle with 10+ years of experience (essential)
• Finance domain knowledge required – Accounting, reporting and Control ( ARC) financial processes, Risk and control frameworks, Statuary accounting, Period End Close process ( experience in Finance required)
• Proven track record of handling multiple competing projects and executive-level reporting ( Status reports, Risk and issue tracking, and understanding of financials)
• Proven delivery experience in project delivery, building and sustaining high-performing teams (essential)
• Proven Agile experience (Scrum/SAFe) in delivery, building, and sustaining high-performing teams (essential)
• Experience in automation or implementation of RPA automation projects (desirable)
• Experience working in multi cross-functional agile team ecosystem (essential)
• Demonstrated Facilitation, Communication, and Organizational skills (essential)
• One Certified PMP/scrum master/scrum practitioner (essential)
• Experience in the successful delivery of two or more projects/programs from inception to completion (essential)
• History of improving delivery performance (essential)
• Ability to conceptualize and systematically work through projects in accordance with a structured methodology

• Experience working in an onsite/offshore setup with requirements directly or indirectly coming from various.Should be able to extend consultation, high-level solutions, and the precise implementation methodology for each of those requirements.

• Led global deployment of solutions such as Blackline, Trintech or Tagetik, or Workiva in large institutions.

• The candidate should have Transformation (Process or/and Technology) Project management experience. He/She should be adept at end-to-end transformation project delivery preferably in agile methodologies.
