As a Project Manager - R&D, you'll play a central role in shaping that future. You'll manage multiple experimental and cross-functional projects, bridging the gap between concept and delivery. From automation workflows to AI-driven features, you'll ensure every initiative runs with clarity, precision, and measurable outcomes.
This is not traditional project management -- it's innovation orchestration. You'll combine structure with creativity, data with design thinking, and process discipline with experimentation.
What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of R&D projects -- from ideation and prioritization to testing, iteration, and rollout.
• Define goals, milestones, and measurable success metrics for every initiative.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, and Automation teams to translate concepts into structured execution plans.
• Manage sprint boards, timelines, and documentation for multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early -- and build proactive mitigation paths.
• Track progress and outcomes using dashboards, translating technical results into business impact insights.
• Capture and document learnings, experiments, and ROI for continuous improvement of R&D operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Skills & Experience to Have
Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management within product, engineering, or automation-focused teams.
• Understanding of AI concepts, AI tools, automation tools, and modern software lifecycles.
• Strong skills in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SQL, Looker Studio, or other data visualization/reporting tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple experimental projects in parallel.

Nice-to-Have:

• PMP or Scrum certification.
• Experience working with AI-native or automation-first teams.
• Familiarity with API-driven automation workflows and MVP-style experimentation.
• Understanding of ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and AI research teams.
