Rakhiwala, a leading name in Home Theatre & Automation solutions, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of automation and home theatre projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical expertise in AV & automation systems, and the ability to deliver premium client experiences. Key Responsibilities
Execute detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgeting, and installations.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
Manage all project phases design, procurement, installation, configuration, and testing.
Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure quality assurance and provide post-installation support as needed.
Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in automation, home theatre, or AV system installations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent client communication and relationship management. Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with automation systems (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Lutron).
Strong understanding of home theatre technologies (4K/8K projectors, surround sound systems, AV receivers).
Knowledge of networking, wiring, and integration protocols (IP control, HDMI, IR, RS232). Compensation
Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
