As CHC People & Culture Team, our purpose is to both support the Global Functions/Business leaders in reaching their business priorities and to deliver CHLOE people roadmap and principles, ensuring successful deliverables of our CHC Carve-In strategy.
With Chloe India Project CHC India business will be a part of CHC AMEA Region, as a direct report to Head of CHC AMEA.
We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC growth, by providing P&C solutions to support our CHC business in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world.

Your Role:
The India P&C PMO CHLOE role reports solid line to AMEA China CHC People Head, and will be a member CHC Chloe India Project Team. With India Chloe project completion, the role will be a direct report to People Director, India CHC.

• She/he is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all the P&C related project activities in scope of India
  • Staffing, Social Processes, P&C processes, including P&C Functional autonomy,
  • In close relationship with CHLOE 2.0 Project teams/ Global PMO and with the Regional and functions P&C members,
  • Including all CHC functions scope (GSFs,Industrial Affairs, Science, Growth) in close relationship with the corresponding Global People Business partners.
• Acting as the P&C point of contact in India, provides operational P&C support and business partnership to designated functions/leaders across teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as a link between the Project team, AMEA & China Region P&C LT and the different P&C stakeholders
• Share all the project guidelines and updates with AMEA & China countries/Zones and escalate their potential challenges or warning points
• Coordinate the Staffing plan with respective stakeholders and project team members that will enable CHC to operate in autonomous way.
• Follow up the India hiring plan for all roles to be located in India.
• Implementing policies and processes in line with Sanofi & CHC P&C strategy

• Implement Communication & Change management and ensure a timely and engaging communication takes place with all stakeholders

• Acting as a P&C business partner for the CHC Team for respective functions in India and ensuring the delivery of P&C commitments as it evolves.

About you

• Overall 10+ years as a Generalist HR
• Experience in program management in complex transformation project environment
• Knowledge and experience as HR Generalist and HRBP, with the ability to understand and challenge HR operating model as well as ways of working
• Consultative skills in change management, aptitude for process thinking and improvement, solution oriented &creative thinking
• Strong in transversal collaboration with diverse and cross functional teams
• Someone who can positively influence team members within Sanofi Group and CHC
• Able to communicate effectively within senior management levels
• Headcount and personnel cost baselining
• In depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day employee management
