Plan and manage end-to-end cafe setup projects (new outlets, renovations, expansions).
Prepare project timelines, milestone lists, layouts, and checklists.
Ensure all tasks are executed within deadlines.
2. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Coordinate with interior designers, civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
Finalize vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality work.
Oversee procurement of furniture, fixtures, and cafe equipment.
3. Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits.
Track expenses and provide periodic budget updates.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
4. Cafe Outlet Setup & Readiness
Ensure proper installation and functioning of:
Electrical points
Plumbing lines
Counters, furniture & signage
CCTV, POS systems, and branding materials
Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues.
Prepare outlets for final inspection and opening.
5. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all statutory requirements are met (Licenses, NOC, shop act, fire safety).
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Coordinate for staff deployment, product readiness, and marketing materials.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily site progress reports.
Prepare weekly project status updates for management.
Document final outlet handover checklists.
