/ Project Manager - Medical Data Labelling Work Experience 8 to 10 years Details Educational Background preferred as B.SC /Bio-science /Diploma in Bio-Medical Science onwards Should have experience in Medical Record Documentation / Skin Biopsy Labelling / Cancer cell detection Labelling / Brain disease analysis by analyzing MRI image/ Kidney stones labelling / Liver Diagnosis / Teeth and gum segmentation / Diagnostic Image Analysis / Microscopic cell analysis / Eye cell analysis Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Should be responsible for customer experience, escalations & achieving highest customer s satisfaction. Must be excellent in exploiting features in using Excel, Word & Power point Must be technically competent to understand industry standard HW & SW products. Should be able to build and Strengthen Team, plan for their growth with regular counseling and training. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Ensure Operations are run effectively and efficiently to meet the Service Level Agreements and Targets. Should be able to handle large operations Responsible for staff development, staff planning to meet service requirements and involvement in recruitment process as necessary Providing regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions for a better productivity On floor improvement initiatives Ensure resource availability to the floor Will be responsible for Client interaction, Process Profitability, and ownership of an entire outbound/inbound process Organizes and analyzes project close-out including review of budget vs actual of project hours Must have Characteristics: Should have done medical annotation more than 5 years Excellent communication skills \' Fluent Oral & Written English Through personality \' pays attention to details Takes initiatives and motivated Should have an analytical bent involving data crunching and analysis Should be adept in decision making Should be flexible and creative Job Location Kolkata Job Mode Hybrid Statutory Benefits: PF, ESIC (If applicable)
