Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting clients relationships. \xe2\x9c\x93 Works flexibly and collaboratively with building designer and architects. \xe2\x9c\x93 Experience in researching, selecting and specifying material and finishes. \xe2\x9c\x93 Strong understanding of budget, construction schedules and fees. \xe2\x9c\x93 Able to create presentation books and other sales materials. \xe2\x9c\x93 Ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier based, use of internal and external resources. \xe2\x9c\x93 Involve day to day operations of the project. \xe2\x9c\x93 Overseeing & Scheduling overall operation, within budget. \xe2\x9c\x93 Ordering, Process, Preparing SOP for execution and maintaining reports for seamless. \xe2\x9c\x93 Collaborate with the lead project manager to write construction proposals. \xe2\x9c\x93 Demonstrate fluency with basic residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details and construction techniques. \xe2\x9c\x93 Provide contract administrative and negotiation support to the principals and senior staff. \xe2\x9c\x93 Develop and manage project schedule and milestones to ensure project is on time. \xe2\x9c\x93 Review and approve project expenses such as employee time, employee expenses, and project costs including sub-consultants \xe2\x9c\x93 Management of project risk within the parameters established by Woods Bagot \xe2\x9c\x93 Mentor staff to help build well-rounded professional skills and awareness \xe2\x9c\x93 Attending site meetings to establish a scope of works.
