Essar Constructions India Limited (ECIL) is the Indian arm of Essar Projects, which focusses on India and the Sub-continent. It also has a multidisciplinary skilled and experienced Engineering & PMC division which provides a comprehensive array of value added technical engineering services, in a structured manner, across diverse sectors. It is fully geared to service global clients by providing end-to-end engineering solutions from feasibility studies and scope documents to design conceptualization, FEED, detailed design, PMC, field engineering, commissioning and start-up assistance and also debottlenecking for efficient plant operations. We are looking for following qualified and experienced professional in Project Management function based out of Mumbai: Major Responsibilities : 1 Building good rapport with client. Listening and Understanding client requirements Maintain healthy relationships Find common grounds Good communication Create shared experiences 2 Project Management & DECISIONS Project management for planning execution of Project. Overall responsibility for successful conclusion of project Oversee Project Managers to ensure that work is completed on time and with in budget to a high standard Provide leadership to strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of the work is started or completed on time 3 FINANCE & ACCOUNTS Inventory Management by reducing cost Cash flow management ensuring timely availability of resources Representing financial institutions as per requirement of company and projects 4 PROJECT CONTROL & MITIGATING RISKS Accomplishment of project objectives within the constraints of the project. Delivering project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk 5 Statutory Compliances Managing compliances with respect to statutory obligations viz. GST, IT, Applicable labor laws etc. Qualification : BE - Mechanical / Civil from a reputed college. Experience : 20 to 25 years of experience.
