Job Description


:

Role Proficiency: Perform end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met enhancing customer satisfaction.

Outcomes: * Identify key stakeholders ensuring establishment and maintaining positive business relationships among stakeholders (internal or external)

  • Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environment
  • Define activities responsibilities critical milestones resources skills needs interfaces and budget. Optimize costs and time utilisation minimize waste and deliver projects on time on budget as per the contract and agreed scope with a high quality result.
  • Anticipate all possible risk manage them by applying the suitable risk management strategy; while developing contingency plans.
  • Implement the governance model defined for similar projects
  • Track and reports project KPIs and analyze project health
  • Effective implementation of software delivery methodologies to improve project KPIs
  • Provide individual and team mentoring; ensuring high levels of team engagement and developing capabilities within team
  • Adopt and build software engineering best practices which can be leveraged by other teams

Outputs Expected: Scope Management : * Conduct requirements analysis

Project/ Schedule Management: * Plan and manage multiple small projects/ modules as defined within UST
  • Identify risks and mitigation strategies and implement the same to manage simple

  • Identify options to fast track the schedule and plans to implement the same

Knowledge Management (KM): * Establish a KM plan and platform that can be leveraged by new joiners to the project
  • Ensure the learning\'s from the project are contributed to the KM repository
Account Management Processes and Tools: * Work under the guidance of the account manager to drive the account management KPIs relevant for the project
  • Collaborate with other projects and enabling functions to deliver value to UST and to the customer in terms of ideas

Additional Comments:

The Project Manager holds the responsibility of running a project end to end with accountability from a technical and management perspective. The incumbent is expected to have good technical know-how and guide and mentor the team during the course of the execution of the project. In addition to this, a project lead will liaise with stakeholders, not limited to clients, to ensure the successful delivery of the project, further ensuring quality KPIs are met. Roles & Responsibilities * A basic understanding of AEM along with Adobe Analytics is preferred * Identifying, assessing, and liaising with business stakeholders and/or Product Owners to unearth needs and requirements and ensure user stories are documented in the right manner in JIRA or any other equivalent tool * Analyse requirements for feasibility with regard to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect/team lead on the project * Well-versed with Agile ways of working including sprint ceremonies * Develop a detailed project plan, identify risks & dependencies, and ensuring key call-outs from time to time * Track the project progress, to deliver on time, within scope, and budget and with the right quality * Manage the work allocation to the teams and timely tracking ensuring the right status is always available * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders (Internal and External) * Status reporting to clients & internal stakeholders on the project health with clear callouts on project risks * Mentor team members in project teams and conduct 1:1, seek feedback, and address concerns * Good to have experience/knowledge of Components, Templates, Taxonomy, Workflows, Content Publishing and unpublishing, Tagging, Deployment and Content migration/planning * Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of Adobe projects, Lead all tracks of the project from Frontend, backend, QA and Project Management Preferred Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor\'s degree with 7 to 12 years of experience in the IT sector and at least 4 to 6 years of experience in leading teams and managing projects * Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively communicate using the right articulation * Demonstrated experience in building project plans, project management aspects * Strong technical understanding and foundation are a must * Ability to take complete ownership of the project * Experience in Stakeholder management * Any specific certifications like CSM, PMP, or Adobe Certified will be preferred
