Program manager will be accountable for all aspects associated with the program e.g., planning, execution, program budget, communication, adherence to standards and governance. It will be the responsibility of the program manager to collaborate with all the stakeholders, understand the complexity of business and translate the same into meaningful learning opportunities to achieve the business goals. Highlight any challenges and delays, in order to ensure program goals and tollgates are achieved. Able to build and maintain productive relationships with the vendor and get things done on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned Projects in India/ Philippines/ CO/ PR
• Be able to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders (including senior leadership, managers, and other internal departments)
• Handle escalations for external & internal stakeholders
• Be able to build and maintain productive relationships with the vendor and get things done on time and on budget assigned for the task
• Work with vendors and partners to create new learning solutions
• Work as a lead for all program related reports/dashboard
• Publish dashboards according to established protocol
• Understands the impact of a project directly to and across various functions
• Understand the business requirements & vision and align Learning Solutions goals to organization objectives
• Solves complex problem and develops innovative solutions
• Maintains project objectivity

Required Qualifications:

• Post Graduate degree
• 8 - 10 years of overall experience
• Sound knowledge of Project Management
• Knowledge of Education/Learning Industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent project experience
• Experience of working with US based clients
• Experience of working with and managing vendors

Technical Skills

• Foundational proficiency with Microsoft applications:

• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint
• Sets governance mechanisms and articulates the purpose, objective and deliverables of the project
• Creates and manages high level plans/dashboard with milestones, risks and dependencies
• Proactively calls out the associated risks, dependencies and the risk mitigation plan
• Provides visibility to the critical stakeholders with respect to the overall plan, schedules, progress, risks and contingency plans
• Works with OpX on RoI, CBA etc.
• Avoid and manage stakeholder escalations if any

Process Specific Skills

• Familiarity with LearnTech, eLearning Industry

Soft skills

• Strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to lead cross functional teams of learning, visual and tech designers
