With a strong background in EPC project execution, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time, within scope, and under budget in sectors such as oil & gas, refinery & petrochemicals. This role requires deep knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls processes.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of green hydrogen projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, for seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports to senior management.
• Drive innovation and efficiency within the green hydrogen project framework.
• Act as Consultant to Owners for all matters related to execution of FEED & EPC/EPCM projects
• FEL implementation in project.
• Preparation of RFI, RFP for hiring of PMC/OE.
• Preparation of RFI, RFP for FEED Contractors.
• Evaluation strategies for PMNC/OE and FEED bidders.
• Development of project & resourcing plan.
• Review of Contract documents.
• Project organization structure.
• Project execution plan.
• Project Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement.
• Project KPIs
• Project Risk Management plan

Lead and oversee the execution of green hydrogen projectsOpportunity to lead impactful projects in the renewable energy sector

• A degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical disciplines.
• 20+ years of project management experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• PMP, PE, or AACE certifications are preferred.
• Experience in Front End Loading (FEL) implementation in projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, procurement strategy, construction sequencing, and commissioning.
• Familiar with industry standards such as OSHA, ISO 9001, API, ASME.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, and MS Project.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
