female Project Manager

with an MBA and a strong foundation in project execution and team coordination. The ideal candidate should bring energy, ownership, and leadership to drive results across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams across development, design, testing, and client coordination.

Strategic Execution:

Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure alignment with company goals.

Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and updates.

Risk & Resource Management:

Identify potential risks, allocate resources efficiently, and manage dependencies proactively.

Process Improvement:

Recommend best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

MBA (Master of Business Administration)

Minimum 2 years

of proven experience in project or team management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing software or technology-based projects. Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
