Lead the project to achieve the goal of the company.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop a project plan and scope thoroughly to track the progress.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure availability of resources for execution of project and work allocation.
\xef\x82\xb7 To manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs by using appropriate verification
techniques
\xef\x82\xb7 Make sure that the projects to be delivered on time, within a scope and budget.
\xef\x82\xb7 Use suitable system, tools and techniques to evaluate the project performance
\xef\x82\xb7 To report to management as needed and manage relationship with the clients and third
parties.
\xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with the internal resources for the sound work execution of the project.
\xef\x82\xb7 To produce and maintain complete documentation for the project.
\xef\x82\xb7 To ensure progress of the project, maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, ensure timely
project completion and maintain health and safety standards at site.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for Manpower Management, Contractor Management, Client Management,
project billing and Cash flows.
