- Overall responsibility for the Project management \xe2\x80\x93 Planning \xe2\x80\x93 execution \xe2\x80\x93 Inspection \xe2\x80\x93 Quality check
- Should have proven track record in Time Management, Vendor Management, Material Management, Labour Management, Managing First and Third-Party Agencies including Govt. and Private bodies
- Checking of the bills of all contractors and suppliers, with actual verification of works executed on site, finalization of contracts, etc.
- Executing the works as designated by the Project Director
- Lead and guide a team of motivated experienced engineers/supervisors and accomplish the tasks
- Civil engineering products and suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 knowledge essential, including supply chain management
- Reporting and escalation of issues, conflict management is a necessary skillset
- Reviewing and analyzing the daily, weekly and Monthly reports and presenting the same to the superiors
- Perform the requirements analysis and discuss with procurement to arrive at a procurement plan
- Co-ordinate with vendors/Building Engineers for deployment of manpower and materials dispatch
