Key Responsibilities: Site Development and Planning: Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop comprehensive site plans and designs.Ensure compliance with local zoning and building regulations.Create project timelines and budgets for civil engineering projects. Construction Management: Oversee the construction process, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.Monitor progress and resolve any construction-related issues.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - 5+ years of experience as a Civil Site Manager, preferably in commercial construction or real estate development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
