Project Manager Civil Construction Tamilnadu Location
Job Description
1. Daily Coordination with Site Staff, Consultant, Client, and Contractor/Sub-Contractor/vendors.
2. To Taking Daily Work Update from Project Manager.
3. Taking all Requirements from Project Manager or Project In charge.
4. To Complete Given Work Target in Given Time.
5. Scrutinize the structural ,architectural & development drawings and create work front to site team.
6. Coordinate with project engineers for weekly ,monthly targets timely completion.
7. Negotiate total material rate for projects with supplier & give to project control department for PO.
8. Coordinate with design/planning/production/site/purchase,
/finance/management for timely completion of the project site.
9. Coordinate with supplier for payments for the work done at site.
10. Visit the site on regular basis & report to management if any constraints.
11. Submit reports as per Management instructions.
Degree: Diploma/BE(Civil)
Experience required: Min 15 Yrs to 30 Yrs.
