Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead /coordinate all stages of Project Management including requirement, design, development, testing, GO-LIVE and post implementation support.
• Lead senior management/stakeholder forums to provide overall health of the portfolio and issues requiring escalation or decisioning.
• Timely closures of proposal/ plans/ designs with internal and external stakeholders
• Help business implement technology solutions in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• Coordination with various Departmental, Ops Users, Digital team, Product teams, Business Teams, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement
• Creating detailed test cases covering all test scenarios. Ability to think beyond the obvious and catch the outlier conditions.
• Knowledge and understanding of complex IT environments: cross-functional areas, large number of interfaces and data sources
• Guide team for detailed User Acceptance Testing and coordinate with IT/vendor team for fixes.
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
• Supporting business in case of live issues by coordinating with technology and getting it resolved in the expected TAT
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems and provide inputs to process team while preparing processes related to systems.
• Maintain Timely & Accurate Project MIS and Reporting.

• Process and product knowledge of Capital Market (Custody / Professional Clearing Member (PCM)/Fund Accounting business). At least 6+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of entire project SDLC and active involvement in projects from requirement documentation to post production support
• Good understanding of testing methods. Also a creative mind which can think of outlier cases while testing
• Awareness of latest technology and comfortable working with Web services/API /SQL etc.
• Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
• Problem solving skills to develop custom approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, projects, etc.) that are tailored to the problem.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards - able to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

• Good Knowledge of 63 Moons Technologies PCM suite of applications like Protector, MDS Web, Imatch, MRB etc. or Intellect Design arena Custody Back office system or Applied Software Fund Accounting WealthSpectrum Applications.
