Role: Brand Communication Project Manager

Location - Delhi/Jaipur - Work from Office (Candidate can be based from either of these locations). Hybid Mode- 3 days home, 2 days at office, 5 days working/ Week

We are looking for someone with 8-10+ years of experience in brand communication. They should have experience in managing projects and handling clients, creative teams and other stakeholders. They should have good knowledge of delivery timelines, budgeting and meeting clients\' expectations.

Must have worked with luxury brands.

Should know project management tools such as Click-up, Asana etc. Salary as per market standards.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and execution of brand communication projects for various clients. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client\'s satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the luxury space, experience working in the brand communications space, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Overseeing the execution of branding projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide project updates, and manage expectations.

- Managing and leading cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including creative teams, account managers, and other internal teams.

- Conducting project meetings, leading discussions, and managing project risks.

- Ensuring quality control for all deliverables, including copy, design, and other project assets.

- Facilitating project status reporting, ensuring that key stakeholders are aware of project progress and risks.

- Managing project-related documents, including project briefs, contracts, and other legal documentation.

- Developing and maintaining project management tools and templates.

- Continuously improving project management processes to optimize project delivery.

- Networks and working experience with celebrities, influencers, production houses, photographers, and stylists.

- Ideate and drive collaborations with suitable brands.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the brand communications space.

- Must have worked with luxury brands such as LV, and Gucci or with Designers such as Sabyasachi or with companies such as Asian paints etc.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate project requirements and status updates to clients and stakeholders.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Expertise in project management tools and techniques, such as project planning, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.

- Knowledge of brand communications and advertising industry trends and practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

- PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
