Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
Own and manage multiple digital marketing projects from onboarding to delivery
Create project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope documents
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Conduct regular client calls, status updates, and performance reviews
Translate client goals into clear execution plans for internal teams
Handle scope changes, expectations, and escalations professionally
Digital Marketing Oversight
Coordinate and manage execution across:
SEO
Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
Content Marketing
Social Media & Performance Marketing
Basic E-commerce marketing (pricing updates, promotions, catalog coordination)
Ensure campaigns align with agreed KPIs and performance metrics
Team Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Tech)
Allocate tasks, track dependencies, and ensure accountability
Review outputs for quality and alignment before client delivery
Reporting & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and budgets regularly
Prepare and present performance reports (weekly/monthly)
Identify improvement opportunities and suggest optimization strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-7 years of experience in
Digital Marketing Project Management
Strong understanding of
SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Social Media
Hands-on experience managing
client accounts and budgets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Good working knowledge of
Google Analytics, Ads platforms, and reporting tools
Good to Have
Experience working with
agency or multiple clients
Exposure to
e-commerce marketing
Basic understanding of web development and CMS (WordPress)
Experience working in a fast-paced digital or IT services environment
