: : APJC Enterprise Networking architecture sales runs various sales programs and reports to support the on-field sellers, partners and customers. These centrally driven sales programs are important to success of Enterprise Networking sales growth and pipeline acceleration. Understand the client/sector requirements and Map Cisco Security products & Services & Build Solution Stack for Sales Account Managers The candidate will collaborate closely with EN teams to do detailed data analysis of current state of business and develop reports to support programmatic execution of Sales programs/initiatives. This individual will support strategic decision-makers, engage with broad set of partners and subject matter authorities across multiple theatres in APJC, establish relationships, communicate strategy & work closely to orchestrate and complete these programs. Good understanding of Ciscos Enterprise Networking architecture products & solutions is an advantage. Roles /Responsibilities: Support Enterprise Networking sales program engagements Help develop methodologies to measure the impact and success of these sales programs and report to the leadership at a preset cadence Support in-depth data analysis and background work to prepare case for each sales program Identify and leverage tools and technologies to improve the reporting efficiency Define landmarks and drive progress to accomplish achievements in a timely manner. Understand and coordinate the sequencing of processes to accomplish progress. Build presentations to support executive level program reviews. Requirements: Successful candidate should possess a bachelors degree with, 3+ years of program management expertise within a high-tech or consulting environment. Excellent Data analysis skills, comfortable in working with large dataset. Ability to develop business insights from data. Ability to prove / disprove hypothesis using data. Record of building strong internal partner relationships Ability to communicate sophisticated topics to audience with various functional knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
