Experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on working experience of Agile Development processes
Had handled team of 40-50 peoples & managed 4-5 projects.
Strong Leadership, Communication and client management skills
Strong planning, execution and monitoring skills
A team player who can manage the teams in India and UK efficiently
Experience with Digital projects, UK clients will be an added advantage
Recent experience working with Atlassian suite (including designing templates and workflows)
Proven experience in creating an \'agile\' culture and mindset with teams
Must have ability to manage client and lead on Functional and technical front to guide and mentor development team
Excellent client facing experience
Must have good experience in estimations and delivery using Agile scrum life cycle
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Background in sales and customer service is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software

Primary Skills

Experience in Java / .Net OR any Programming language
Experience in Measure and track Quality metrics, Sprint scope adjustments options, project budgeting and financial tracking concepts and PI planning process
