The Finance M&A Legal Entity Integration Analyst will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination efforts and project management for integrating acquisition legal entities into Oracle. These responsibilities are highly cross functional and critical to the Legal Entity Integration process. In addition, this position is also responsible for supporting several other M&A activities such as, acting as a steward for all the historical financial records and systems that we inherit from acquisitions. This includes managing the identification, collection, archival, and retrieval process for all finance records and documents. Also included is the ownership, management and disposition planning for finance systems retained from acquisitions. Mandatory Experience & Qualification: Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Admin/Management and/or relevant field. Min 6+ years of relevant experience Experience in Accounting, Tax, Finance or Internal Audits in various countries. Strong ability to work cross functionally with Oracle teams. Demonstrated project management proficiency. Hands on experience with various ERP systems (eg.Oracle, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Intacct, etc.). Very proficient with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel). APEX tool knowledge and development experience (not firm requirement) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the year.
