Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of mid to High complexity CSR's as per scope, cost and time.
Build and own client and stakeholder relationships at
senior levels (CSD's, CDD's, Customer success and prime external customers as per equivalent hierarchy)
Take ownership and accountability of team's SLA targets &
drive team to exceed or meet them at the minimum
Creates required project documentation and manages deliveries, creating project plan, communications plans, and milestones with end customers
Manages project costs, deliverables and resources in lien
with commitments, managing variances to agreed plans and manages risks within delivery
Co-ordinates activities across multiple teams in including the end customer to plan success implementation of
projects
May also manage mid-size teams of Project Management Professionals and Project Implementation Coordinators in addition to their Project Management work as individual
contributors.
