Your role
Looking for an experienced PMO with strong background in project planning and delivering. The candidate should excel at managing projects, identifying & managing risks & issues, communication & stakeholder management .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects across GWM Americas, aligning with operations and business priorities
Drive delivery of complex strategic and operations change projects by establishing efficient and effective project management capabilities
Use proven PMO standards, processes and tools - Initiate, plan, track, monitor, and report on projects.
Closely work with stakeholders on Project/Program Plans, Project readiness reports, Quality control plan, Risk Mitigation Plan
Well verse with tool/skillset such as MS Project, MS Office, SharePoint etc
Hands-on approach to work with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks, multi-tasking
Track financials, risks and issues
Support the business planning process

Your team
You will be part of the GWM America's Change The Bank (CTB) organization structure, reporting to the program manager. As a member of the CTB team, you will actively participate in all aspects of project management, planning, governance, and reporting. You will work closely with operations leads, HR, Finance, Site management team, and various other key stakeholders within UBS India and UBS America organizations.
Your expertise
Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management role preferably in a banking, financial services or consultancy environment
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree is an asset
Strong analytical skills, Data-driven professional
Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent skills at MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project)
Any project management certification, including Agile certifications, is an value
Ability to build and maintain cross functional and team relationships
Willingness to work in EMEA or US shifts.
