Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work with team members and technical leads to manage project schedule and budget requirements
  • Cascade and set KRAs for individual team members
  • Draft proposals for new opportunities and iterate as required with customers to win work
  • Internal induction of new team members - KRAs, policies, orientation
  • Leverage customer relationships and cross-sell to acquire more projects through ongoing and pilot projects (Delivery Led Growth)
  • Managing projects in System in accordance with company process, as measured by compliance reports
  • Monitor project health and scope creep and adjust project plans accordingly
  • Measurement and Analysis related activities including, RCA's & identifying the improvement actions
  • Work with team members and technical leads to manage project schedule and budget requirements
  • Coaching & mentoring to build the next level of leaders, tracking mandatory training compliance
  • Manage team workload to maximize yield
  • Track and report team metrics (yield, workload forecast, revenue) to manager
  • Performance reviews for team members
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
  • IT with 5-6 years of work experience
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective Communication.
  • Having experience in Scheduling and Time Management.
  • Should have strong leadership skills.
  • Should have good Technical Expertise
  • Expertise in Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • B.E /B-Tech or equivalent qualifications in computers
Desired Skills:
