Job description Location : Pune/Bangalore Who are we looking for A senior level full-stack technology leader , with thorough knowledge of Enterprise Application Development domain to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in the Financial Services industry. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing innovative technology applications. Key Technical Skill Requirements: Extensive development experience on JavaScript and Java technology stacks like Nodejs and Spring Framework. Expertise in designing and development of enterprise applications using technologies like relational/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB etc.) appl servers and web servers (tomcat, nginx etc. ). Must be comfortable with Object-oriented analysis and design, SOA/Microservice architecture and design patterns Experience: . The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend REST (Representational State Transfer) API development using Nodejs (with Express, Lodash and other JS libraries) and Java 8/11 (Maven, Spring/Spring Boot services development). . The successful candidate would have played a technical lead role in the past for a team of several developers - would not be constrained by specific technology stack and will be eager to learn and lead from the front . Familiarity with modern web application technologies and tools - Git, Splunk, DevOps/CI tools like Jenkins. Exposure to Cloud technologies like containerization and orchestration using Docker & Kubernetes . Phenomenal communication and organization skills Process Skills: . Well-versed in Agile and SDLC/Agile processes (familiarity with tools like JIRA/Rally) . Capable of analyzing requirements, carrying out impact analysis by reviewing existing application code, implementing a solution that meets client\'s quality standards . This position requires a problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions . Develop, review and test software code and other deliverables . Ability to not just generate test data and execute test cases , test plans etc. , but also to work with TDD (Test Driven Development) mindset to produce testable code along with accompanying test cases that test the newly added feature Behavioral Skills : . Self-starter who can take the initiative and work without any supervision to resolve issues independently . Eagerness to lend a helping hand to those in need of technical guidance . Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the project\'s modules. . Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
