Primary Skills :

• Should have a total Experience of 8+ years o Should have hands-on application development/programming experience (Any programming language. Java is preferable) o Should have a fair idea on Cloud and latest technologies o Should have experience in handleing GCC Accounts o Should have at-least 2+ years Project management experience o Should have experience handling teams of more that 10+ members o Should be Diligent in documentation o Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices o Should possess strong Oral and Written communication skills and effectively communicate with global teams o Strong interpersonal skills and resourceful o Should be a quick learner and go-getter o Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and scope to a high quality o Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically o Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities :

• Handle complete project management lifecycle for small to medium size/complexity projects. o Co-ordinate with Recruitment, Account Management functions on day to day basis on Client Staffing needs o Co-ordinate with client POCs on staffing requirements o Effectively manage up to date records for daily operational transactions with other functions o Technically understand the Job description and ensure that candidates with the right fitment are submitted to the client o Manage Team performance and effective communication
