About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead with a unique blend of .NET technical expertise
and project management leadership. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-
end project execution, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering high-quality solutions
that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Management-

• Lead multiple .NET projects from planning to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure on-time delivery with adherence to quality standards.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Technical Leadership-

• Provide architectural and design guidance in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API,SQL Server.
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (preferably Azure).
• Review code, mentor developers, and set coding standards.

Team and Stakeholder Management-

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 0+ years in software development, with 3+ years in leadership/project management.

Strong technical expertise in-

• C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC
• Web API, REST, Microservices
• SQL Server
• Basic frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Angular/React preferred)
• Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Security)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft certifications (Azure / .NET / PMP / CSM).
• Experience in BFSI.
