Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Project Lead with 12+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the Education sector, to drive end-to-end program management for government-led education initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall functioning of the PMU.
Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of Gyan Shakti Residential Schools of Excellence and Scholarship Schemes.
Ensure governance, policy adherence, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with Branch Offices, Government Departments, and external stakeholders for seamless project rollout.
Oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards, and program documentation to ensure compliance and performance visibility.
Key Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate degree.
Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
At least 5 years of experience in the Education sector.
Proven track record of working on a minimum of two projects with Central/State Government agencies or departments.
