About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the buyer app 2.0 with reference to all features of the app and its business application
2. Analyzing the user data to identify the user behavioral patterns
3. Collecting user feedback by making calls, and messages to the app users
4. Reverting to user queries in using the buyer app 2.0 to help them understand the app
5. Increasing app adoption and business contribution from the app
6. Converting feedback to product change requirements and documenting the same
7. Discussing and following up with the Technical team to implement the product
changes as per the requirement

Requirements:

1. Graduate with good written and verbal communication skills
2. Data-oriented approach
3. Good with Excel Skills like Vlookup, Pivot, and conditional formatting
4. Prior experience in customer handling will be preferred
